Hidcote started
I've gotten started on my Hidcote finally. There were a few false starts and frogging with the provisional cast on as I haven't used it before. But finally there was success. Here's a picture after the first chart. I'm using KnitPicks Shadow in the Forest colorway.

I LOVE the forest, I am doing the sunset, how did I miss the Forest, drat...maybe a SECOND one will need to be made.....
It's lovely in that color, Sherie. I'm using the Oregon Coast colorway (which was used in the original), and mine seems to be a lot darker than it looks in the pattern pictures, but very nice. I just finished Chart 3 and am beginning to get into the rhythm of the pattern. Cheryl, I'm sure it will be very pretty too in the Sunset, it's a beautiful color!
